Take the 4, 5, 6 to City Hall/Brooklyn Bridge. Before 7pm go to the most northern exit (Duane Street) and walk along Duane Street and walk along Duane Street to Hudson. After 7pm, walk along Chambers to Hudson.

Tell the cab driver you are going to Tribeca two blocks north of Chambers Street.
Down Broadway or West Broadway (7th Avenue becomes Varick, which becomes W Broadway), turn right onto Reade Street then turn right onto Hudson Street.
From the West Side Highway
Take the Vestry exit (just past Canal) and turn right onto Greenwich to Duane Street and make a left. Drive straight ahead and the next avenue is Hudson Street. Turn left to Hudson.
From the Holland Tunnel
Take exit 2, Turn left onto Greenwich Street. Take Greenwich Street to Duane Street and make a left. Drive straight ahead and the next avenue is Hudson Street. Turn left to Hudson.
